Welcome to the website of Zazueta Landscape (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of zazueta-landscape.com and explain how we handle consultations, estimates, projects, and maintenance service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website.
1. Our Services and License
Zazueta Landscape provides residential and commercial landscaping services throughout Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties, including San Jose, Campbell, Cupertino, Sunnyvale, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Palo Alto, Saratoga, Los Gatos, Morgan Hill, Mountain View, Menlo Park, Woodside, and Atherton. Services include:
- Hardscaping
- Softscape and planting
- Retaining walls
- Landscape lighting
- Woodwork
- Landscape maintenance
All work is performed under California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) C-27 Landscaping License #990867.
2. Consultations, Estimates, and Contracts
Consultations and estimates. Consultations are free. Any pricing shared on this website, by phone, text, or email is a preliminary estimate. It is not binding. Final pricing is set in your written proposal after we evaluate your property in person.
Written contracts. Work is performed under a written contract as required by California law. Your contract will state the price, scope of work, payment schedule, and any warranty. If these Terms and your signed contract conflict, your contract controls.
Changes to the work. If you request changes, or we find conditions that change the scope or price, we will document them in a written change order and get your approval before doing the additional work.
Maintenance service. Recurring maintenance is provided under its own service agreement, which states the schedule, scope, and pricing.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
Business hours. Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Weather and scheduling. Landscape work depends on the weather. We may reschedule for rain, extreme heat, or other unsafe conditions. Material and plant availability can also cause delays. We will contact you if your project or service visit is affected.
Cancellations. Your right to cancel a signed contract is explained in that contract. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a consultation or service visit.
4. Warranties and Your Property
Our workmanship. Our workmanship warranty is stated in your contract.
Plants and living materials. Plants are living things. Their health depends on watering, weather, soil, and care after installation. Any plant warranty is stated in your contract.
Manufacturer warranties. Lighting fixtures, irrigation parts, pavers, and other products are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty. We are happy to help you file a warranty claim.
Underground items. Please tell us about private underground lines, irrigation, septic systems, and invisible fences before work begins. We are not responsible for damage to items that were not disclosed or marked.
Existing conditions. Properties can have drainage problems, poor soil, hidden damage, or code issues we did not create. We will tell you about conditions we find. We are not responsible for pre-existing problems that our work did not cause.
5. Website Content
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, belongs to Zazueta Landscape or its licensors. You may view this site for personal use. You may not copy, scrape, or republish its content without our written permission.
This website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
6. Website Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
This website is provided “as is.” We work to keep information accurate and the site available, but we do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

If you opt in to text messages, you agree to receive messages about your project or service, including scheduling, estimates, updates, and occasional promotional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP or OPT OUT to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be 18 or older to opt in. 9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California. Either party may bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date shows when they last changed. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
